User actions comes in 3 flavors.
- Global actions end up in the main menu and usually bring up a user interface (based on a ViewModel).
- Class actions - these are shown in user interface in the left side menu whenever they find an object of the class they are defined for
- ViewModel actions - these are specific to one view only
