Object Constraint Language (OCL) lets you describe rules and query expressions for your MDriven model. Use OCL to define constraints, derived attributes, derived associations, and ViewModel expressions.
OCL is declarative: you state the result or rule you want, rather than write imperative C# code that specifies how to reach it. For example, self.age >= 18 states that a Person must be at least 18 years old.
OCL expressions have no side effects: evaluating an expression does not change data. When you need to change data, use EAL (Extended Action Language), which uses OCL syntax for actions.
