notEmpty () : Boolean[edit source]

Returns true if self contains at least one element - otherwise, returns false.

Expression Result
Sequence{2, 1}->notEmpty true
Sequence{nil}->notEmpty false
<class>.EmptyList->notEmpty false

Example[edit source]

Given a Class Car

Car.allinstances->subsequence(0,49)->notEmpty

Will return true or false

Warning![edit source]

Never use ->notEmpty on a value type. The value will be converted to a list (with the value as its only item) and that will always evaluate to True.
