Service and license terms

MDriven states that it will not sell or share your contact information. Certain services require an active license from MDriven AB. MDriven also states that its products can be tried free for three months.

Source Code License

The Source Code License is an optional additional fee when licensing the MDriven Framework. It is issued per named developer in a licensing company. It is available only to a corporation, not to a private person.

Source code is provided as access and is not sold. Delivery is by encrypted ZIP download, up to four times a year at the licensee's request. To order, send a scanned and signed purchase order to sales@MDriven.net. European customers must include their VAT-ID on the purchase order.

If the named developer leaves the company, the license remains with the company. The company should provide the name of a new developer to associate with the Source Code License.

The source files may be used solely to debug the MDriven product. They are confidential information and must be protected using no less than reasonable care. They must not be disclosed to third parties.

The published Source Code License terms prohibit:

• Modifying, adapting, altering, translating, creating derivative works of, or merging the source files with other software.
• Disclosing, leasing, renting, or loaning the source files to a third party.
• Sublicensing, distributing, or otherwise transferring the source files to a third party.

Local changes to source code are discouraged and should be temporary until MDriven AB issues an official fix.
