What SoftConflict demonstrates
SoftConflict models a small social process for raising an issue and letting the people involved respond to it. Use it as a complete example application when you want to examine how a Turnkey site can guide users through role-based interaction.
The sample centers on an issue and two participant roles:

| Witness | Is called to an issue and can provide a response. | A colleague who observed the event describes what they saw. |

Explore the workflow
After you have applied the sample to a Turnkey site, follow this flow to understand its use case:
- Create an issue.
- Add the people connected to the issue as witnesses and suspects.
- Record or review the witness response.
- Record or review the suspect response.
- Use the resulting discussion to address the issue with the participants' perspectives available.
For example, an issue creator can raise a concern about an interaction, invite a person who observed it as a witness, and identify the other participant as a suspect. Each participant can respond before the discussion is considered as a whole.
