Purpose
MDriven develops software and documentation intended to help users create and maintain applications. This policy sets the ethical principles that guide MDriven's business conduct and its choice of customers, partners, and other engagements.

MDriven's conduct is guided by the following commitments:

Business conduct and human rights
MDriven does not seek business relationships that conflict with its commitment to human rights and responsible conduct.
MDriven states that it will not engage in business with a company or individual found to be committing human-rights violations, as determined by the International Criminal Court (ICC).
MDriven also states that it will not collaborate with a person or institution residing in a country that the ICC has formally identified as committing war crimes, genocide, or crimes against humanity.
These commitments apply to MDriven's assessment of prospective and existing business relationships. For example, if information relevant to one of these stated exclusions is identified during an engagement assessment, MDriven can use that information when deciding whether to begin or continue the relationship.
Ethics in practice
MDriven assesses engagements against its ethical commitments and applicable international legal frameworks. The purpose of this assessment is to support technology and business relationships that promote fairness, accountability, and opportunity rather than exploitation.

- Write to info@mdriven.net.
- State that your message concerns the MDriven Ethical Policy.
- Describe the concern and identify the relevant company, individual, institution, or engagement where possible.
- Include information that helps MDriven understand the concern, such as relevant dates, publicly available decisions, or other supporting context.
For example: "Ethical Policy concern: I believe this prospective engagement may conflict with the policy's stated human-rights exclusion. The relevant organization is [name], and the supporting information is [description or link]."
Review and accountability
Ethical integrity requires ongoing attention. MDriven reviews this policy over time in response to emerging global standards and welcomes dialogue that helps keep its conduct aligned with these commitments.
