Install, remember pwd,
C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\16\pgAdmin 4\runtime>pgAdmin4.exe
- Register server, localhost:5432
- Create Database, First
Run C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\16\pg_env.bat
C:\Program Files\PostgreSQL\16\bin>psql.exe dbname=First (case sensitive)
- Just make sure it works...
Connectionstring takes this form:
1. Server=localhost;Port=5432;User Id=postgres;Password=<yourpwd>;Database=First;Include Error Detail=True

Install an MDrivenServer or start MDrivenServerCore, and set Connection Type, and connection string:
