You can request removal of personal information held by MDriven by contacting MDriven support; this page is for people who want to make that request.
Request removal of your information
To ask MDriven to remove information about you from its systems:
- Send an email to support@mdriven.net.
- State that you are requesting removal of personal information held about you.
- Provide enough information for MDriven to identify the information associated with your request, such as the email address you used when communicating with MDriven.
- Respond to any identity-verification request from MDriven.
Identity verification
MDriven may ask you to verify your identity before acting on a removal request. This protects your information by helping prevent another person from requesting deletion on your behalf.
Do not send information that is not needed to identify or verify your request. MDriven support will tell you if further information is required.
What happens after you contact support
MDriven will handle the request through the support process. If MDriven needs to clarify which information the request concerns or needs identity verification, support will contact you using the email address from which you made the request.
